I work as a consultant on the renewal of the labor movement in Europe. As an expert in collective workplace and bargaining work (KBTA), digital organizing, strategy development, conflict resolution, team development, and prioritization and resource management, I support unions, works councils, and workplace activists.
Together with the European Center for Digital Action (ECDA), I help unions build participation-driven campaigns, particularly around their digital strategy.
I support a select group of partners as a coach through intensive personal and professional development processes.
As a trainer, I think of learning consistently from the learners' perspective: not as top-down transmission, but as a shared process among equals, in which participants' experiences and questions help shape the path forward.
